Shipping & order updates

Shipping is free to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories, Washington, DC, or international destinations.

Ready-to-ship Hellforged stickers ship within 3 business days from Oregon in stamped USPS First-Class bubble mailers without tracking. We email you when your sticker package has been dispatched. A tracking number is not provided for this shipping method.

Sablevolt and Landscape stickers are printed to order by Sticker Invasion with 2-week processing before shipment. ElaraForge places these fulfillment orders manually and sends shipping updates. These designs may ship separately from in-house stock.

Posters are printed to order by Printful. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery; production and carrier transit times can vary. We email tracking information when Printful reports your poster has shipped. Mixed poster and sticker orders arrive in separate packages.

If we cannot meet the promised shipment timing, we will contact you with a revised estimate and cancellation/refund options.

Your order confirmation email may take a few minutes to arrive after payment. Check your spam folder too. Do not pay again while waiting for an email. Contact forge@elaraforge.com with any questions.

Returns, problems & cancellations

Contact forge@elaraforge.com within 30 days of delivery about a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Include your order number, a description and photos where helpful. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

For a missing package, contact us promptly after the expected delivery date so we can investigate. Sticker orders do not include tracking.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide instructions when a return is needed. Change-of-mind return requests are reviewed individually; approval is not automatic.

If you need to cancel or correct an address, contact us immediately. Posters can enter production soon after payment, so changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. A request alone does not cancel an order. These policies do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Purchasing from ElaraForge

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout displays any applicable tax and the final total before payment. Availability and payment are verified by our server. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to resolve it.

One discount code may be used per order. CLEAREDFOR10 is 10% off for new website customers. NEEDMORE10 is a one-time 10% discount for returning website customers. Eligibility is verified using your email and paid order history.

Our books are purchased through Amazon; Amazon handles checkout, delivery and returns for those purchases.

Privacy

Independent site analytics: Our Forge pages and live checkout can measure short shopping visits to improve browsing and checkout, separately from Meta. Site analytics have their own preference; declining marketing does not decline site analytics, and neither choice affects shopping. The default is analytics opt-in. Where a reviewed statistical-measurement exception applies to all visitors served, aggregate measurement may instead run with a clear opt-out notice. Use “Site analytics settings” on a Forge page or checkout to turn it off. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for both systems. Your preference lasts up to 180 days.

Site analytics use random, per-tab, per-collection visit tokens lasting at most 45 minutes, without linking you across devices or websites. The server temporarily stores a token hash and fixed shopping-stage flags, then its scheduled worker removes them after aggregation. Daily aggregate counts are kept for up to 90 days. Analytics requests do not include customer details, order IDs, product IDs, URLs, referrers, or marketing identifiers. The analytics database does not store IP addresses or browser fingerprints; hosting security/access logs are separate and can contain technical request information. Previously aggregated statistics cannot be linked back to you or removed individually. Blocking or withdrawing permission stops future measurement.

Optional Meta marketing cookies: On the Poster Forge and Sticker Forge collection pages, we use Meta Pixel only after you accept marketing cookies. It reports page visits to help measure our advertising; Meta may receive your IP address, browser/device information, page URL and cookie identifiers. This installation does not send cart, purchase, payment, email or address fields. Meta may associate activity with your account under Meta’s privacy policy. Accepting is optional and does not affect shopping. Use “Marketing cookie settings” at the bottom of either collection page to change your choice. We remember your choice on this browser for up to 180 days and honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Clearing browser storage resets the choice. This pixel is not installed on checkout, the home page or other site pages.

ElaraForge uses the contact details, shipping address, purchased items and order/payment references you provide to process orders, deliver products, send order updates, handle support and prevent fraud. Our hosting services also process technical request information to operate and protect the website.

Stripe handles payment details and payment screening. Our checkout does not store your full card number. We share the information needed to print and deliver poster orders with Printful. Our hosting/email services and delivery providers process information needed to operate the store and deliver your order.

Your browser stores your cart and checkout progress locally. Essential session cookies link your browser to its checkout. Clearing browser storage may remove your saved cart or access to an in-progress checkout.

Some pages load fonts or other resources from external providers, which receive technical connection information such as your IP address. Stripe may use its own technologies to secure payments. See Stripe’s privacy policy and Printful’s privacy policy for their practices.

We retain order and related records as needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Contact us with privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete your information; some records may need to be retained. Do not email card numbers or passwords.
